Advertising Terms

The CityBox Executive Marketplace™ is a curated paid digital advertising platform within the CityBox Index™ ecosystem.

Marketplace participation is subject to availability, CityBox approval, applicable CityBox Terms & Conditions, and the terms of the specific advertising offer purchased.

Marketplace Placement

Marketplace placements are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Advertisers purchase digital Marketplace visibility for the term stated in their selected offer. A purchase does not provide ownership of or entitlement to a particular page, position, category, or placement.

CityBox retains editorial and design discretion over the presentation and placement of Marketplace advertising and may reorganize placements as the digital platform evolves.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Marketplace participation does not include industry or geographic exclusivity.

Advertising Materials

All photographs, professional information, company information, website links, and other materials submitted for Marketplace use are subject to CityBox approval and applicable submission standards.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations for materials submitted to CityBox.

CityBox may decline materials that do not meet applicable publishing, technical, editorial, legal, or brand standards.

Paid Advertising

CityBox Executive Marketplace™ placements are paid advertising placements.

Participation does not constitute an endorsement, certification, verification, ranking, or recommendation by CityBox Index™ of an advertiser, organization, product, or service.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of information and claims they provide.

No Guarantee of Results

Marketplace participation provides digital advertising visibility.

CityBox does not guarantee traffic, leads, referrals, clients, sales, revenue, search rankings, contracts, business opportunities, or other specific results.

Renewal

Marketplace placements do not automatically renew unless a specific written offer expressly states otherwise.

Advertisers may be given the opportunity to purchase another placement at the rate available at the conclusion of their current term.

Additional Terms

Marketplace purchases and participation are also subject to applicable CityBox Terms & Conditions, privacy policies, payment and cancellation policies, and other published CityBox policies.

Specific requirements applicable to an advertising offer are disclosed during the purchase and onboarding process.
