These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to individuals and organizations purchasing or accepting membership within CityBox Index™.

Membership

CityBox Index™ membership provides access to the benefits and opportunities described in the applicable membership offering at the time of enrollment.

Membership is subject to acceptance by CityBox and remains subject to CityBox's professional standards and applicable policies.

Membership Term

The membership term, price, payment arrangement, renewal provisions, and any applicable promotional or Founding Member terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Any renewal arrangement, including renewal pricing and whether renewal occurs automatically, will be disclosed through the applicable purchase or renewal terms.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include a CityBox Index™ presence, participation opportunities, visibility within the CityBox ecosystem, and other benefits identified in the applicable membership offering.

Specific opportunities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

No Guaranteed Results

Membership does not guarantee:

  • Business leads or revenue

  • Search-engine positioning

  • Artificial-intelligence platform recognition or citation

  • Media coverage

  • Event participation

  • Partnerships or introductions

  • Specific audience reach or engagement

  • Any particular professional or commercial outcome

Member-Provided Content

Members represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any names, biographies, photographs, trademarks, logos, or other materials submitted to CityBox.

Members authorize CityBox to use approved materials as reasonably necessary to provide and promote the applicable CityBox membership, profile, feature, or related participation.

Intellectual Property

Membership does not transfer ownership of CityBox intellectual property, systems, methodologies, designs, editorial formats, technology, branding, or proprietary processes.

Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, replication, reverse engineering, or commercial use of CityBox proprietary materials is prohibited.

Changes to Membership Terms

CityBox may update these Terms periodically.

Material terms governing an existing paid membership will remain subject to the terms applicable to that membership unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by the member.

Updated terms may apply to future purchases and renewals.

Suspension or Termination

CityBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of intellectual property, fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, or conduct materially inconsistent with CityBox professional standards.

Any applicable financial obligations or refund rights remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.

Acceptance

Participation in CityBox Index constitutes acceptance of these Membership Terms and Conditions.
