The CityBox Portrait Series is designed to provide members with professional imagery for use within the CityBox ecosystem and for personal professional branding.

Participation in a CityBox photography session constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Portrait Experience

The standard CityBox Portrait Experience may include:

  • One portrait session

  • One outfit

  • Two professionally edited images

  • Professional photographer direction

  • Professional editing and retouching

Specific deliverables may vary based on membership level, promotional offerings, or special programs.

Scheduling

Portrait sessions are scheduled based upon photographer availability, venue availability, and CityBox programming schedules.

CityBox may periodically offer designated portrait days and portrait events.

Rescheduling

Participants who are unable to attend a scheduled session should provide advance notice whenever possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to photographer and venue availability.

Photography Fees

Photography fees are non-refundable.

Missed appointments, cancellations, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances do not create eligibility for refunds.

Image Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on editing schedules and production requirements.

CityBox will make reasonable efforts to deliver completed images within a reasonable timeframe.

Usage Rights

Participants receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered images for personal and professional promotional purposes.

Examples include:

  • Websites

  • Social media

  • Professional biographies

  • Marketing materials

  • Professional presentations

Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties for commercial resale purposes.

CityBox Usage Rights

Participants grant CityBox Media Holdings, LLC the right to use approved images for:

  • CityBox Index profiles

  • CityBox Magazine

  • Authority Features

  • Leadership profiles

  • Marketing materials

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Event promotion

  • Website content

  • Social media content

  • Future CityBox publications

No additional compensation shall be owed for such usage.

Creative Direction

CityBox and its photographers retain artistic and creative discretion regarding:

  • Composition

  • Lighting

  • Cropping

  • Image selection

  • Editing style

  • Final image delivery

Limitation of Liability

CityBox is not responsible for individual preferences regarding appearance, wardrobe choices, styling selections, or subjective artistic preferences.

Participation constitutes acceptance of the photographer's professional judgment and creative process.

Program Changes

CityBox reserves the right to modify photography offerings, pricing, deliverables, and scheduling procedures at any time.
