Professional imagery contributes to the quality and consistency of the CityBox Index™ experience.

Image Requirements

Individuals appearing within CityBox Index™ may be required to provide professional-quality photography that satisfies current CityBox editorial and technical requirements.

Specific image specifications, recommendations, and submission instructions will be communicated directly when applicable.

Rights & Permissions

Individuals submitting photographs or other visual materials represent that they own the materials or have obtained all permissions necessary for their use.

By submitting approved imagery to CityBox, the participant grants CityBox permission to use the imagery in connection with the applicable profile, membership, publication, placement, promotion, or related CityBox presentation.

Editorial Use

CityBox retains reasonable editorial and production discretion regarding the presentation of submitted imagery, including adjustments necessary for format, layout, and publication.

Submission of an image does not guarantee its use or placement.

Commissioned Photography

Photography commissioned or produced through CityBox may be subject to separate agreements governing ownership, licensing, usage, fees, and other applicable rights.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

Participants may not submit images that infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.

CityBox reserves the right to decline or remove imagery that does not satisfy applicable standards or rights requirements.

Program Changes

CityBox reserves the right to modify photography offerings, pricing, deliverables, and scheduling procedures at any time.
